The agenda of topics and list of confirmed contributors is available here.

Moderated by AERI’s Madhabi Chatterji and the Roundtable’s James Harvey, the blog will explore validity issues in assessment, the “black box” of the Common Core, challenges involved in measuring achievement status versus achievement growth, assessment of education versus assessment for education, along with a variety of topics involving international assessment.

For over a month, several expert scholars on measurement, accountability, and assessment will provide thoughtful observations on these issues, accompanied by commentary and responses from expert front-line K-12 leaders. It is hoped that members of the assessment community and teachers, principals, parents, and administrators will add their thoughts and insights to the blog as it develops.
